Annual General Meeting

NOTICE is hereby given that the 14th Annual General Meeting of Citizens Advice SORT Group Ltd (0829039), which will be held on Thursday 3rd December 2025, 5:00pm at Holiday Inn Manchester, 25 Aytoun St, Manchester M1 3DT. The meeting will also be available online via Google Meet

The meeting will transact the following business:

- Chair’s introduction, welcome and apologies for absence

- Minutes of the previous AGM and any matters arising

- Annual trustee report and accounts for the year end 2024/25

- Review of new and retiring directors

- Appointment of auditors

- Any other business

Members and director trustees have a right to appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf.
