Citizens Advice SORT Group will be closed on Thursday, 24th July 2025 for a full-day staff training event.

We’re taking this time to train and support our team so we can continue to provide the best possible service to you.

What this means:

• Our offices, drop-in services, and outreach sessions will not be available on the day.

• You can still get help by calling the national Citizens Advice Adviceline on 0800 144 8848.

• Our Help to Claim service for Universal Credit and our WhatsApp advice service will also remain open as usual.

Normal service will resume on Friday, 25th July 2025.
